Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Manager with proven track record of managing large scale growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the IT industry.
- Design and execute seamless onboarding programs to enhance employee experience.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Develop programs to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development initiatives.
- Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on HR initiatives and outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Mediate disputes and promote a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably in an IT services or technology company.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and IT industry trends.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
