Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Manager with proven track record of managing large scale growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and business objectives.
    2. Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    1. Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the IT industry.
    2. Design and execute seamless onboarding programs to enhance employee experience.
  3. Employee Engagement and Retention:
    1. Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
    2. Develop programs to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  4. Performance Management:
    1. Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development.
    2. Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development initiatives.
  5. Compliance and Policy Development:
    1. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    2. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    1. Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes.
    2. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    1. Track and analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
    2. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on HR initiatives and outcomes.
  8. Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:
    1. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
    2. Mediate disputes and promote a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably in an IT services or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and IT industry trends.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
