Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead (SAP Hybris) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce mobile application development and extensive experience with SAP Hybris. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the technical aspects of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of SAP Hybris-based eCommerce solutions.
  • Oversee the technical architecture, code quality, and performance of the eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the eCommerce platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on SAP Hybris.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce mobile application development.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and best practices.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in SAP Hybris or related technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
