Job brief 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. 

Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. 

The goal is to contribute to the development of people’s technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Design and develop training materials, courses, and modules to meet the learning objectives and needs of the interns. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum is current. 
• Conduct training sessions, lectures, workshops, and practical exercises for the interns. 
• Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to interns, offering support and clarifications on technical concepts. 
• Develop and administer assessments and quizzes to evaluate the interns’ understanding and progress. 
• Provide constructive feedback to help interns improve their skills. 
• Address technical issues or challenges faced by interns during their training. 
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance. 
• Enforce discipline and rules to create a productive learning atmosphere. 
• Monitor and track the progress of each intern, identifying strengths and areas needing improvement. 
• Maintain clear and open communication with interns, answering questions and addressing concerns. 

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessment results. 
• Encourage and guide interns in their professional development, helping them set career goals and improve soft skills. 
• Ensure that training activities adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and data security standards. 

 

 

 

Requirements and skills 

 

• Minimum 2-3 years in technical training in IT industry 
• Should have training experience  on React JS, HTML, CSS, Mern 
• Shound have training experience on Java, PHP, Java Full stack 
• Minimum qualification B Tech/Technical background 
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects 
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)

• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds 
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities 
• Degree in a relevant technical field 
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
