# Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate holds the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and is comfortable working in a structured delivery environment with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., CSM, integrations and custom development) according to requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows/Flow Designer flows, **Business Rules, **Client Scripts, **UI Policies, **Script Includes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs.
• Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server where applicable) and data imports/transform maps.
• Perform unit testing, support **UAT, and manage deployments across environments following best practices.
• Troubleshoot incidents/defects, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing platform and user support.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and platform governance.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of:

• ServiceNow platform configuration and development
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts
• SDLC practices, versioning, and release/deployment processes
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with one or more: ITSM, CSM.
• Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience.
